As an artist she has always found the need to confront her most human nature and her most ethereal state at the same time, the present moment.
With more than 15 years of experience as an artist, theater taught her the importance of connecting with oneself and the responsibility this brings with emotional and mental health for personal and artistic self development.
From her experience working in unconventional theatrical spaces and one-on-one encounters with her audiences, she has always been interested in developing an interpersonal and collective relationship with the spectators.
She discovered how valid and important is the awareness of the mind and body connection.
Her own healing journey has led her to the discovery of somatic therapy, vital expressive movement and the study of the energetic body field, including the importance of the co-regulation of the nervous system and emotion processing.
This path led her to know and study the somatic approach of the Alexander Technique, and becoming Fluentbody™ facilitator; a combination of movement and somatic therapy that helps people to be generous to their body and mind. She also studied as a Intuitive Energy Healer, under the teachings of Cyndi Dale and her system of “4 pathways of transformation”.
With the Thomas Prattki Center and Arthaus Berlin, she received two master degrees in Devising Theater and Integral Movement and Performance.
This line of research on embody dramaturgy, integrates fundamental principles of Carl Jung's approach to personal growth and the structures of consciousness, incorporating these concepts through art and theater.
